The SheTek Women’s Tech Conference 2026 will bring together tech trailblazers, academic visionaries, and industry pioneers March 26-27 to explore how artificial intelligence serves as a transformative “opportunity amplifier” for women in the workforce.

The AI Advantage: Elevate, Empower, Evolve conference offers in-person networking from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26 at the New Jersey AI Hub, 519 Alexander Road in Princeton, and is followed the next day by the virtual conference from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

During Networking Night, attendees can meet top-tier researchers and industry leaders during an evening filled will food, wine, conversation, and networking. The NJ AI Hub, which opened last year, was founded under a public private partnership between Princeton University, the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, Microsoft, and CoreWeave. AI Hub Director Liat Krawcyzk will deliver welcoming remarks at She-Tek’s event. 

Day 2 on Friday, March 27 is an online conference featuring world-class speakers and high-impact panels. Key sessions include: 

  • The Pillars of AI: A keynote by neuroscientist Moran Cerf (Columbia University) covering the hardware, data, and geopolitical energy behind AI. 
  • AI Without Fear: Staying Relevant, Confident & Human: A vital discussion on overcoming imposter syndrome and uncertainty in the age of automation. This panel focuses on personal reinvention and reframing AI as a tool for human brilliance. 
  • Moderated by Dr. Chitra Dorai (Founder/CEO, Amicus Brain), with Jennifer Fischer (chief AI officer, Caldwell University), and Ali Abedini (chief AI officer, Metropolitan Commercial Bank). 
  • The AI Era Playbook: Strategies for staying ahead through emotional intelligence, ethics, and expert prompt engineering. 
  • Moderated by: Sheri Horwitz (IT & Product Development executive) and featuring Zor Gorelov (Three-time Founder & CEO), Samir Shah (professor & former Microsoft managing director), and Julie Veloz (Global EVP of Learning & Development, Edelman). 
  • Seeing Is No Longer Believing: An essential deep dive into deepfakes, cybersecurity, and safeguarding organizational integrity. 
  • Moderated by Geraldine Powderly (VP & Head of Information Security, SkySpecs Inc.) with Sepideh Rowland (partner, Klaros Group) and Sherry Li (product manager, Sublime Security).
