We are pleased to welcome back Jeran Culina, Senior Manager at Business Leaders United, who will discuss the labor and workforce development assumptions, priorities, and implications of the federal “One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) Act” across all industry sectors, with a particular focus on insights from K-12 and career and technical education (CTE) perspectives.

Jennifer Keyes-Maloney, Executive Director of the New Jersey Association of State Colleges and Universities will share insights on OBBB’s impact on higher education in New Jersey.

Kim Kavin, co-founder of Fight for Freelancers and Gary La Spisa, II, Senior Vice President of the Insurance Council of New Jersey will provide an update on the proposed ABC Test Rule affecting independent contractors and its implications for employers and workers.

We look forward to a productive and engaging conversation.
