Stop the Climate Superfund Act!
The Climate Superfund Act seeks to retroactively penalize New Jersey companies $50 billion for legally providing fossil fuels that were and are essential to our survival, prosperity and national security. Supporters say these costs won’t be passed down to the consumer. But this is no free lunch and your gas and energy costs WILL increase and New Jersey jobs will be put at risk.
