Experienced suppliers seeking to provide temporary infrastructure and overlay goods and services for the 2026 FIFA World Cup – a 16-city event that concludes at MetLife Stadium in the Meadowlands – can now register their interest online.
The FIFA World Cup will spotlight 48 teams from all over the world in a tournament that includes 104 matches in the U.S., Canada and Mexico between June 11 and July 19, 2026. The World Cup Final will be played on July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
BaAM Productions, a company that specializes in high-profile sports and entertainment events has been chosen by FWC2026’s Infrastructure and Technical Services team to deliver temporary infrastructure to all 16 stadiums. Potential suppliers can submit an initial expression of interest (EOI) to BaAM regarding infrastructure and overlay goods and services online here.
The EOI is designed to collect interest, information, capability, references and details from the North American and International supplier community. As part of a transparent, competitive tender process, qualifying suppliers for each commodity or service package will subsequently receive the associated RFP package over the coming months.
