Catherine Frugé Starghill, Esq., vice president of Strategy and Partnerships at the New Jersey Council of County Colleges, and Dawn Gelsi-Collins, Network Director of Culture and Engagement, Inspira Health. talked with Bob Considine about the free program that has helped more than 200,000 workers and 12,000 employers – and while others who have not utilized the program should.
