Meet the Gubernatorial Candidates – ELC Reception 2025 REGISTER

The 2nd Annual State of the Shore Economic Development Summit will bring together Monmouth and Ocean County business leaders, entrepreneurs, and policymakers on May 29 to hear experts’ insights and their economic forecast for the Jersey Shore region. 

NJBIA Chief Government Affairs Officer Christopher Emigholz is among the panelists participating in the event, which will be held from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Jumping Brook Country Club in Neptune.  

Other panelists include Jason Timian, of the state Department of Labor & Workforce Development; Monmouth County Commissioner Director Thomas Arnone; Ocean County Commissioner Jennifier Bacchione; and other regional workforce and chamber of commerce officials. 

Eileen Chapman, director of the Bruce Springsteen Archives and Center for American Music at Monmouth University, will deliver the keynote address. 

The event is sponsored by the Monmouth County Employer Legislative Commitee (ELC), the Monmouth Ocean Development Council, and the Davison, Eastman, Munoz, Paone P.A. law firm in Freehold, a longtime NJBIA member.
