On this weekend’s “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Alexis Bailey discusses a recent service worker bill that essentially removes an employer’s right to make their own personnel decisions – and also penalizes those business owners with possible jail time.
Bailey also speaks to host Bob Considine about the amendments NJBIA is seeking in a new salary transparency bill that will impact most businesses.
Also on this weekend’s show, AT&T Director of East Region Sales & Distribution Jackie Jackson and Senior Counsel Jay Perez discuss their significant volunteer efforts that led them to win AT&T’s prestigious Community Impact Award.
Nominations for the Community Impact Award come from all around the world. Two of this year’s five winners came from New Jersey.
This weekend also features a video celebrating ZAGO Manufacturing’s 30-year anniversary.
NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business” is a weekly TV show, and winner of three 2022 Telly Awards, that airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
