NJBIA member Element Six Creative Group (e6), a full-service strategic, creative, marketing, and branding agency based in Morris County, has announced the promotion of three key professionals to new leadership roles within the company. 

 Margaret Scimia, who formerly served as a senior account executive, has been named director of Client Services. In this capacity, Scimia will spearhead client relationships and have a pivotal role in the onboarding and training of new hires in account services roles. 

 “Margie is well-equipped to take on this leadership role, and I believe her expertise will continue to be invaluable to e6,” said Tricia Fama, Element Six chief operating officer. “I look forward to witnessing her continued achievements and the positive impact she will undoubtedly have on Element Six Creative Group and on all of our clients.” 

 Additionally, Kristen Kuhns has been promoted to senior art director. In her new position, Kuhns will shape creative direction and output, mentor team members and enhance the artistic excellence of client projects.  

Chris Manzella has been promoted to senior account manager.  In this new role, Manzella will continue to focus on both retention and business growth.
