Presented by the Nonprofit Council
According to Giving USA, foundation giving has grown by 19%. Our experience shows, however, that grant seekers’ top three challenges when pursuing grant funding include:
- Lack of time and/or staff
- Competition
- Difficulty finding grant opportunities
In a country with more than 1.1 million IRS-registered charities*, nonprofits still feel like they struggle to connect with and understand the priorities of the right funders who can support their critical work.
Did you know that funding is often available right in your community? Do you know where to find it? Do you know your local grant makers?
Join us for an opportunity to Meet Your Grantmaker as our panel of representatives from community foundations and Moderator Vicki Bixel – CEO of Sobel Bixel Consulting for Nonprofits – explore:
- Current trends in philanthropy today
- The types of grantmaking
- How grant opportunities differ between various sources
This webinar is ideal for:
- Nonprofit leaders
- Nonprofit development professionals
- Anyone looking to enhance their nonprofit’s grant seeking opportunities
