We will be joined by several expert speakers: George Crimmins from Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP will explain how the A901 process works and what businesses need to know about compliance with dirty dirt regulations; Stacy Richardson from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) will discuss current efforts and opportunities in building electrification; Chris Whitehead of Worley will provide insights into the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s guidance on environmental justice (EJ) implementation; and Amy Chester and Hana Katz from Rebuild by Design will share strategies for making communities more resilient to extreme weather and flooding.
