Stevens & Lee recently announced attorneys Melissa N. Donimirski and Jason P. Rudloff were named Shareholders of the firm on Jan. 1.
Melissa N. Donimirski concentrates her practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court. She is an authority in “business divorce” and has particular experience litigating and negotiating the legal separation of owners of privately held businesses.
Clients also rely on Donimirski for a range of corporate litigation matters that include issues of corporate governance, officer and director fiduciary obligations, officer and director indemnity, non-compete agreements and disputes within limited partnership and limited liability companies.
Her practice extends to the litigation of commercial contracts, asset purchase agreements, representations and warranties and intellectual property issues before the Delaware State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She has also assisted clients with significant business transactions, providing advice to Delaware entities on issues relating to corporate governance in connection with mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
Jason P. Rudloff represents public and private businesses and their owners, officers and directors in complex business disputes before state and federal courts across the country and in domestic and international arbitration forums.
Rudloff has experience handling a wide range of contract disputes, business torts, partnership disputes, corporate governance disputes and statutory causes of action for clients in banking, energy, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction industries. He also brings a depth of knowledge to managing all phases of electronic discovery, including complex multidistrict litigations and state and federal investigations.
