Much has been said about the "Big Beautiful Bill" signed into law by President Donald Trump and the "Next New Jersey Manufacturing Program" bill on Gov. Phil Murphy's desk,  but getting facts through the rhetoric of each hasn’t been easy.

Because of the importance of each new measure, NJBIA is hosting two separate webinars, free of charge, with subject matter experts on Thursday, July 17 to provide clarity through the noise.

“These are two landmark pieces of legislation that are going to have great impacts on New Jersey businesses and manufacturers,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka.

“As the voice for business in New Jersey, we want to give our business community a substantive platform to understand what each measure does and doesn’t do, and the opportunity to ask questions specific to their own businesses.

“We’re looking to cut through the politics of both the Big Beautiful Bill and dive into the provisions and challenges with it, while also providing the facts on the Next New Jersey Manufacturing Program and the many great things it offers our manufacturing sectors,” said NJBIA Chief Government Affairs Officer Christopher Emigholz.

“At the same time, during our manufacturing webinar, we will also be able to get into the current state of tariffs in these dynamic times and the future of NJMEP funding.”

Here is the breakdown of both virtual meetings on July 17, with a link for NJBIA members, non-members and the media to register for each:
