During a panel discussion at the 2025 annual New Jersey Women Business Leaders Forum, four male executives explored how men in leadership positions can help advocate for and advance women in their professional careers.
The conversation, moderated by Lori Roth, Global Managing Partner, Prager Metis, offered the perspectives of executives in a variety of industries on their efforts “to be the change we want to see” by mentoring talented women so that they can attain C-suite and boardroom positions.

NJBIA’s 11th Annual WBLF drew more than 550 attendees for the two-day event Sept. 17-18 in Somerset to be inspired by TED-style talks, multiple breakout sessions led by expert panelists and numerous networking opportunities.
