Small businesses looking for tips and resources to help them grow or develop a business plan can attend a free event from the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce, January 14 in Lyndhurst.
The event, hosted by the Chamber’s Small Business Council, will feature speaker Dr. Nicol Nicola, director of Economic and Demographic Research at the New Jersey Department of Labor.
Key topics are set to include target growth opportunities, benchmark compensation, forecasting workforce needs, and understanding your market to help attendees identify hiring industries with wage and demographic insights to guide member recruitment, networking, and community engagement.
Attendees will also take part in a live economic survey with real-time results.
