NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka will be featured on a new episode of One-on-One with Steve Adubato this weekend, focusing on women’s diverse business community in New Jersey following NJBIA’s Women Business Leaders Forum event.
Kiran Handa-Gaudioso, CEO of United Way of Northern New Jersey, also joins the show to discusses her passion for supporting vulnerable populations and provides advice to working women and mothers.
Later in the program, Aiysha “AJ” Johnson, CEO & Executive Director of NJCPA, talks about how she has overcome challenges as a woman of color in the C-Suite and highlights the role of inclusivity and mentorship in today’s workforce.
