On this weekend’s ‘Minding Your Business,’ New Jersey Council of County Colleges President Dr. Aaron Fichtner discusses with Bob Considine the upstart New Jersey Pathways to Career Opportunities initiative.

The burgeoning program is designed to align New Jersey’s education efforts with its workforce needs.

Also on this weekend’s Minding Your Business, Marc Saint-Ulysse, CEO of a new music networking and collaborating platform called Razu, discussed having the logo of his startup appearing on the helmets of the New Jersey Devils this season.

The promotion for the Irvington-based company is the result of a Buy Black Program started by the Devils, and presented by Prudential Financial, to promote local, Black-owned businesses and provide them with expert marketing consultation, advertising value, and other tools to succeed.

NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business” is a weekly TV show that airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
