The Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business has received specialized accreditation for its accounting programs, reaffirmation of its business programs, and first-time accreditation of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management program from the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

According to the IACBE, specialized accreditation indicates an institution complies with high principles of excellence and follows best practices in business education. Accredited colleges and universities have demonstrated a commitment to continuous improvement, excellence in business education, and academic quality.

The accreditation was announced following the IACBE Board of Commissioners meeting last month.

“IACBE accreditation affirms Berkeley College’s commitment to excellence in business education, alongside 1,500 IACBE-accredited educational institutions worldwide,” said Patricia Greer, JD, Berkeley College Provost.

“I commend the leadership and faculty of the Berkeley College Larry L. Luing School of Business, whose work reinforces the rigorous academic standards that equip our students for success in their respective fields of business.”
