Mr. Levy has a wide array of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in high-stakes construction matters and consumer class action defense. On the construction side, Mr. Levy has represented owners, general contractors, and subcontractors on defect and delay claims in a variety of contexts, including chemical synthesis and manufacturing plants, urban hospitality and high-rise residential, and various energy and other infrastructure projects. In consumer class action matters, Mr. Levy has litigated federal and state class actions grounded in claims of consumer fraud, false advertising, and violations of various federal and state statutory regimes (including telemarketing, environmental, and price-setting). Given the breadth of his experience, Mr. Levy is adept at tackling complex challenges throughout the lifecycle of a case: pre-suit litigation avoidance, cost-effective electronic discovery management, strategic deposition practice and expert retention, and trial and post-trial advocacy. At every step, the client comes first.
