Nicole Swan-Bennett Director of the Business Customer Solutions in Customer Care
Nicole Swan-Bennett is a dynamic energy leader at PSE&G with demonstrated experience in customer experience, leadership, data analytics and visualization, program development, project management, and marketing. In her current role as Director of the Business Customer Solutions in Customer Care, she is responsible for leading a team of 110 associates, with functions including key account management and energy advisory services, and new business connections for residential, business and lighting customers. In this capacity, she advocates for balancing the large commercial and industrial customers’ interests with PSE&G’s internal needs, goals and regulatory requirements, and is responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and policy makers within the NJ business and builder communities.
Ms. Swan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from The College of New Jersey and earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University, Stern School of Business. She is a graduate of PSEG’s Leadership Academy and was a 2021 YWCA TWIN (Tribute to Women of Influence) Award recipient.
