Garden State Precast, a Wall Township-based manufacturer and supplier of custom and standard precast concrete products for infrastructure, utilities and construction projects in the Northeast, has promoted three longtime employees to lead the company in 2026. 

Kelley O’Malley is the new the President; William Morris is the new Vice President of Sales & Marketing; and Sean O’Malley is the new Chief Operating Officer.  

“Together they bring over 45 years of service at Garden State Precast and will continue to grow and service our customers, vendors and family of Garden State Precast employees,” said J. Kirby O’Malley, the Chairman of the Board, and former President. 

The promotions, which took effect Jan. 1, represent the “next generation of ownership at Garden State Precast,” said J. Kirby O’Malley, who co-founded the company in 1999 after the plant was purchased from Duncan Thecker Precast. 

Garden State Precast supplies utility contractors in the Northeast with manholes, lift stations, catch basins, utility vaults, electrical junction boxes, box culverts, headwalls, water control structures and much more for NJDOT, other transit authorities, municipal, commercial and private development. 

Garden State Precast serves New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and is an approved supplier for NJDOT, DELDOT, NYCDDC, PANYNJ, PENNDOT, and PSEG.
