Newmark Associates CRE on Wednesday announced it recently brokered the sale of a 23,000-square-foot multi-story religious facility located on 5 acres in Basking Ridge.
The purchaser, New Testament Ministries, acquired the property at 40 Whitenack Road from the Somerset Hills Jewish Center, Inc.
Mary Swatek, vice president at Newmark Associates CRE, represented the purchaser, providing expert guidance and support throughout the acquisition process. Nancy Stanton-Tuckman, managing director at Newmark Associates CRE, represented the seller, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction for all parties involved.
