Randy Stephens, a versatile professional with a strong background in sales and customer service, has been hired as NJBIA’s newest membership recruitment and retention specialist.
Before joining NJBIA as Business Relationship Manager, Stephens served as Regional Sales Manager for New Life Transport Parts Center in Bristol, Pa., cultivating strong client relationships with distributors throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.
He also served as Business Advisor with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, assisting business owners in their recovery from Superstorm Sandy, and as Special Products Underwriter with Cenlar FSB in Ewing.
“Randy brings a wide breadth of experience in direct sales, client relations and customer service,” said NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka. “His attention to detail and his eye on recruitment make him a valuable addition to NJBIA as we continue to grow our membership, ensure long-term member engagement and bring solutions to help New Jersey businesses succeed.
