Two NJBIA executives and four members of the association’s Board of Trustees were recognized on ROI-NJ’s 2025 Women Influencers in Business list this week.
The prestigious Top 50 included NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka and Lori Roth, global managing partner at Prager Metis and the vice chair of NJBIA’s Board of Trustees.
NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Althea D. Ford and trustees Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich, Celestina Quintana, and Deanna Sperling were also on ROI-NJ’s full list of the influential businesswomen this year.
ROI-NJ noted that under Siekerka’s leadership, “NJBIA has expanded its role in government affairs, workforce development, and economic policy, playing a key role in shaping a more competitive business climate in New Jersey. As she continues to push for pro-business reforms, Siekerka remains a driving force in the state’s economic and legislative landscape.”
Roth is a prominent figure in the accounting and advisory industry with four decades of experience. “Leading strategic operations for the international firm, she oversees more than 100 partners and 600 team members,” ROI-NJ wrote. “Beyond her corporate role, she serves as vice president on the board of Unchained at Last, a nonprofit advocating against forced and child marriages.”
Nearly two dozen leaders of NJBIA member organizations earned a place among the prestigious Top 50, including NJBIA member Deborah Visconi, president and CEO of Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, who was named No. 1 on the Top 50 list.
