  • AMT plans pay dividends, when appropriate. Ā Dividends paid more than $17 million to eligible members since July 2012.
  • AMT contracts withĀ Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.Ā This provides access to the NJ and national Blue Cross Blue Shield provider network.
  • Association Member Trust uses the services ofĀ Delta DentalĀ to administer its plans.
  • The Group Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment program is underwritten by The Standard.
  • Association Member Trust usesĀ Prime TherapeuticsĀ as its pharmacy benefit manager.
