NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Alexis Bailey has been recognized by ROI-NJ for its Influencers: People of Color 2022 list.
Bailey was one of 25 people honored in the “Next Gen” leaders’ category.
The entry described Bailey as someone who is “considered a rising star with a keen legal eye in New Jersey’s business advocacy world, effectively engaging with lawmakers on employment and labor policy issues that impact the state’s job creators.”
Bailey joined NJBIA in 2021, after previously working at the association as an intern while earning her Political Science degree at Rider University, where she graduated with honors. Bailey has quickly established herself in the labor and workforce space in Trenton.
