Nominations will be accepted through Friday for the Manufacturer of the Year and other awards presented by the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program (NJMEP) at its upcoming Made in New Jersey Manufacturing Day event.
There is no cost to nominate your own company or another business. Awards will be given for Manufacturer of the Year (four awards based on company size), Leaders in Life Sciences, Innovator of the Year, and the Rising Star Award.
Additionally, the Made in New Jersey Honor Roll awards will recognize non-manufacturers, such as educators and other leaders, for their contribution to manufacturing.
All nominations for awards must be submitted to NJMEP online here by Aug. 23.
The winners will be announced live at NJMEP’s annual Made in New Jersey Manufacturing Day on Friday, Oct. 4 at iPlay America, 110 Schanck Road, Freehold.
The event shines a spotlight on the benefits that the state’s 11,000 manufacturing and STEM companies produce for New Jersey’s economy, the advanced technologies that drive manufacturing, and the career opportunities available in the industry. Informative sessions held throughout the morning and afternoon will dive into a wide range of manufacturing topics.
