AmeriHealth New Jersey is asking for nominations for the 2025 AmeriHealth “Be of Service” awards that recognize individuals and organizations for their service to others in their communities through volunteerism, philanthropy, or other charitable endeavors.
There are two “Be of Service” award categories: Corporate Citizen of the Year and Volunteer of the Year. Nominations are open to New Jersey residents 18 years and older.
The 2025 Corporate Citizen of the Year recognizes local companies, nonprofits, or small businesses that have gone above and beyond for the community, with a consistent history of programming or volunteer efforts that benefit the health and well-being of others.
The 2025 Volunteer of the Year recognizes an individual who has committed their time and effort to volunteering or other philanthropic initiatives. This person’s work addresses the needs of their community and makes an impact.
To nominate in either category, go here. Nominations remain open until Monday, May 5. Winners will be announced in June and will receive a $500 gift card from AmeriHealth and the opportunity to designate a charity for a $1,500 donation from AmeriHealth.
Past recipients of the Be of Service Award include Raise the Bar (2024 Corporate Citizen of the Year) and Angela Krukauskas (2024 Volunteer of the Year).
