On this weekend’s “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, archaeologist and outdoorsman Thor Giese from “Thor’s Outdoor Science Academy” joins host Bob Considine to discuss his entertaining and informative video series called “Table for 92,” where he uniquely cooks his way through the Periodic Table of Elements.
Also featured on the show this weekend, NJBIA Deputy Chief Government Affairs Officer Ray Cantor discusses the status, and problems, with New Jersey’s Energy Master Plan and gives the latest concerns on the NJDEP’s Inland Flood Hazard rules.
