Rizco, a woman-owned, brand-led marketing agency in New Jersey, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this month and commemorating the milestone with a new logo.

The logo is inspired by the R in its name and embodies the agency’s smart, less-is-more philosophy. “Every decision, partnership and challenge over the years has shaped Rizco’s journey and set the foundation for the next chapter,” the company said in its announcement.

Debra and Keith Rizzi founded the company — then Rizco Design & Communications — in New York City in 2000. Combining their expertise in marketing-based public relations and advertising they embarked on a mission that continues today: elevating businesses through creative marketing and design strategies that transform brands.

From launching Hanes’ nationwide “Go Tagless” Tee campaign with Weber Shandwick in the early 2000s to pioneering sustainability efforts like the Beleaf Sustainability Program and becoming the first graphic design firm accepted into the EPA’s Climate Leaders Program, Rizco has consistently led with innovation.

In 2007, Debra and Keith were honored by Graphic Design USA as part of their prestigious People to Watch List, a recognition of their vision and leadership in the design and branding industry.

As the agency grew, it transitioned to New Jersey, rebranded as a brand-led marketing agency, and earned accolades, including Best in Show awards, NJBIZ Top 40 Under 40, and Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certification.

Rizco’s commitment to giving back is equally significant, from launching the One Change Now campaign to supporting nonprofits like Thea’s Star of Hope, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Society for the Prevention of Teen Suicide.

Today, Rizco continues to evolve, rolling out creative campaigns that drive real impact while staying true to its mission of championing brands. Initiatives like Rizco’s current internal wellness program, MOVEment (Mindfulness, Opportunity, Vibrancy, Encouragement), showcase its dedication to people-first branding.

“As I reflect on 25 years at Rizco, the greatest challenge — and reward — has been evolving with technology and witnessing how branding and marketing truly impact lives,” says Debra Rizzi, president & partner at Rizco.

“Whether launching a new brand, driving revenue growth, or supporting a nonprofit in its time of greatest need, Rizco’s work has always been about more than just strategy—it’s about making a difference,” she said. “The strength of our company lies in our people and their unwavering dedication, our commitment to doing what’s right, and our passion for inspiring the next generation of creators. That’s what continues to drive us forward.”

Keith Rizzi, partner & creative director at Rizco, said the firm’s strategic thinking and design continues to drive decisions and create meaningful solutions for clients.

“Celebrating 25 years of creativity, impact, and brand-led marketing, Rizco remains deeply rooted in the principles that shaped our agency from the start,” he said. “With appreciation for our past and excitement for the future, we honor the brands we champion and the relationships that continue to inspire us.”
