NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka was among the influential New Jersey business leaders selected by the editors of NJBIZ magazine for its 2025 Power 100 List on Monday.
Gail Friedberg Rottenstrich, a member of the NJBIA Board of Trustees and the co-founder of ZAGO Manufacturing in Newark, was honored at No. 7 in the 2025 NJBIZ Power List.
NJIT President Teik C. Lim, another member of the NJBIA Board of Trustees, also was honored on the list.
In compiling the list, NJBIZ said it identifies individuals honored “represent the best the state has to offer, in several respects. They are talented and intelligent professionals, skilled strategists, gifted educators and sharp leaders. They also represent the state’s vibrant diversity on many levels.”
NJBIZ noted how there was “no slowdown for Siekerka” in 2024 she has commemorated her 10-year anniversary at the helm of NJBIA.
“She was a leading voice combatting the controversial corporate transit fee, which included NJBIA’s “Do Better for Business” campaign,” NJBIZ said.
“Last year also included her spearheading an extension of NJBIA’s strategic partnership with the New Jersey Manufacturing Extension Program; being named to the National Association of Manufacturers’ board of directors; and being named chair of the Conference of State Manufacturers Associations.”
