NJBIA President & CEO Michele Siekerka and other prominent leaders will share their insights on 2026 market shifts, business strategy, and board governance during the National Association of Corporate Directors of New Jersey’s Economic Overview Breakfast on Tuesday in Princeton.

The NACD NJ event provides ample networking opportunities and the strategic information directors need to better anticipate risks to their organizations, align board priorities to evolving market conditions, and guide long-term growth and resilience – all critical for effective board oversight and decision-making.

Mike Soccio, Executive VP and Treasurer of Citizens, who is the bank’s lead economist, will deliver the keystone economic forecast at the event, which takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Jan. 14, at Jasna Polana in Princeton.

NACD Director Richard Mroz will then moderate a fireside chat style discussion on the New Jersey and regional economies with Siekerka and Jane Kenny, who is an independent director at New Jersey Resources and the Managing Partner of the Whitman Strategy Group.

Siekerka, who leads the state’s most influential employer association championing a more affordable and competitive business climate, is also an NACD NJ Director and serves on the boards of Citizens Financial Group, the New Jersey Innovation Institute, and Junior Achievement of New Jersey.
