LisaMarie Gaeta, social media and public relations manager at Stateside Affairs, has won Gold and Silver Stevie Awards in the 8th Annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, which recognize HR professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who create great places to work.

In this year’s competition, 28 nations submitted nominations across a range of categories. Gaeta won a Gold Stevie in the Onboarding Professional of the Year category and a Silver Stevie in the Learning or Training Professional of the Year category. Gaeta was the only finalist representing a New Jersey company in both categories.

Stateside Affairs is an award-winning, bilingual, woman and minority-owned government affairs and public relations company based in Manasquan. The recent Stevie awards speak to Stateside Affairs’ commitment to training and onboarding its staff and interns, who learn from the team and its clients.

“LisaMarie’s contributions have been invaluable to the company’s success,” the judges wrote. “From spearheading the onboarding process to leading livestream production and project management, she sets a high standard for her peers. Her dedication to clients and employees, along with her passion for social impact, makes her an exceptional asset. LisaMarie’s ability to secure funding opportunities and grow the company’s client base showcases her impressive skills and determination. She is a true role model for her peers and an essential part of the team.”

Stateside Affairs President and CEO Cristina Pinzon said the firm was grateful to the Stevie Award judges for recognizing Gaeta, who has trained numerous candidates and employees over the past three and a half years. “This honor is bestowed to our dedicated staff and their vision that transforms ideas into products that take meaning and generates return on investment,” Pinzon said.

“We congratulate all of the winners in the eighth edition of the Stevie Awards for Great Employers for their outstanding performance, and we look forward to promoting their achievements on our blog and social media over the coming year,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller.
