Taft Communications this week announced the promotions of two of its team members, further strengthening the firm’s ability to support fully integrated communications campaigns.
Aaron Brown has been promoted to senior creative director and Jesseka Kadylak has been promoted to director of digital media.
“Aaron and Jesseka’s continued contributions over the years have enhanced Taft’s ability to execute award-winning work,” said Lindsey Pascarella, chief client officer. “Both work closely across all client accounts to develop and implement impactful creative and digital campaigns in an ever-evolving landscape.”
Collectively, Brown and Kadylak have worked on award-winning campaigns that have been recognized internationally by the Davey Awards, the Telly Awards, and locally by the New Jersey chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
Brown’s creative expertise is used agencywide across Taft’s key focus areas including social impact, health, and corporate purpose and responsibility. Brown, who joined Taft in 2019, has been responsible for the successful brand development of organizations and messaging to amplify the missions and values of both the firm and its clients, including the global membership organization ISPOR and pharmaceutical giant Bristol Myers Squibb.
Brown also leads the Creative Director’s Working Group for PROI, the global membership group of independent communications firms. Prior to joining Taft, Brown was the creative lead for several major consumer accounts, including JetBlue and Arm & Hammer.
Kadylak, now in her eighth year with the firm, has been promoted to director of digital media. With nearly 20 years of experience in the digital sphere, Kadylak has been instrumental in providing strong creative solutions to clients such as ReThink Energy NJ and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
Kadylak has overseen the implementation of both organic and paid social media strategies across all platforms and provides training to clients who seek to develop a more prominent voice in the digital ecosystem. Prior to Taft, Kadylak was a journalist at outlets including USA Today and Washingtonian magazine among others, and also taught multimedia journalism at the University of Delaware.
