On this past weekend’s episode of “Minding Your Business” on News 12+, NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka visited McDonald’s owner Celest Quintana in Jersey City and discussed the challenges of running several “penny-profit” businesses, and the rewards of giving back to the communities her restaurants serve.
The segment was the first of NJBIA’s ‘Year of the Business Owner” campaign on Minding Your Business, which focuses on the personal stories of business owners who take risks and rise above to provide the products, services and jobs that support New Jersey’s economy.
NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business” is a weekly TV show, and winner of three 2022 Telly Awards, that airs on News 12+ at 9:30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday, as well as 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
