We have partnered with Association Member Trust (AMT), joining a select group of seventeen member associations throughout New Jersey to provide beneļ¬t options for businesses like yours. Members have access to Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, the nation's largest provider network, as well as Delta Dental, Unicare, and Davis Vision. AMT has a dedicated advocate team to assist members with benefit questions, claims, and assisting members with both existing and emerging conditions.

AMT has a strong 75-year history of meeting the health plan needs of its member companies and is recognized for its outstanding customer service to over 10,000 participants.   • AMT plans pay dividends, when appropriate. Ā Dividends paid more than $17 million to eligible members since July 2012.
  • AMT contracts withĀ Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.Ā This provides access to the NJ and national Blue Cross Blue Shield provider network.
  • Association Member Trust uses the services ofĀ Delta DentalĀ to administer its plans.
  • The Group Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment program is underwritten by The Standard.
  • Association Member Trust usesĀ Prime TherapeuticsĀ as its pharmacy benefit manager.
