NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka will be an honoree at the YWCA of Northern New Jersey’s upcoming “Walking the Talk” Gala that celebrates outstanding individuals who have made significant contributions to women’s empowerment, equality, and social justice.
Other honorees include Newark Mayor Ras Baraka; Newark First Lady Linda J. Baraka, Founder of economic empowerment campaign Newark Women Moving Forward; attorney Kirsten Scheurer Branigan, Founder and Managing Partner of KSBranigan Law P.C. in Montclair; and Amber Reed, Co-Executive Director of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders of New Jersey.
The gala will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park. Tickets, ad journals, and sponsorships can be purchased here. The deadline for submitting journal ads for the event is Friday, Oct. 15.
