Leader & Manager Development

An NJBIA HR Program

In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, leaders are managing teams that span six  generations — each bringing unique values, communication styles, and expectations. To thrive, organizations must develop leaders and managers who are both adaptable and people-centered.

This engaging and interactive session explores the realities of a six-generation workforce and provides a practical, five-step approach to improving leadership skills and supervision. Participants will learn how to assess their leadership effectiveness, clarify expectations, coach across generational lines, create meaningful development experiences, and measure progress for sustained growth.

Using current research and real-world examples, this program equips participants with actionable tools, including 360-degree feedback templates, individual development plans, and leadership health dashboards. Attendees will leave with clear strategies to build stronger, more agile leaders who can drive engagement and performance in a diverse workplace.
