Protecting Your Energy, Amplifying Impact

Presented by NJBIA’s Women Business Leaders Council

This highly interactive and energized session will help women leaders choose the right tables, protect their energy, and lead with resilience.

Every leader knows the pressure of sitting at multiple tables — boardrooms, Zoom screens, client meetings, community commitments, even holiday gatherings. Each one requires an investment of time, energy, and presence. But too often, we sit at so many tables that the withdrawals outweigh the deposits.

In this session, Certified Professional Coach Jodi Grinwald will share how to use the T.A.B.L.E.™ Method — Time, Authenticity, Balance, Leadership, and Expansion — to evaluate where you’re investing your energy, how to protect it as a leader, and how to ensure that the tables you choose strengthen both your professional outcomes and your personal well-being.

Those who attend will leave with:

  • A fresh perspective on energy as currency—and how to spend it wisely.
  • A practical framework for evaluating whether a table is worth their time.
  • Tools to protect against burnout while amplifying leadership impact.
  • Clarity on when to say yes, when to say no, or when to create a new table altogether.
  • One personal “Rule of the Table” to carry into the new year
