How do employers show their appreciation to employees this holiday season in a world of remote work and social distancing requirements? 

That question was asked of several culture experts by HR Dive. And while the responses varied, the one constant was to at least try to do something versus just skipping a year. 

“It’s still super important for companies to do something in terms of community building and bringing employees together,” Erika Zauner, CEO of HealthKick. 

Kath Rau, global vice president at Culture Amp reported that recognizing the efforts of getting through a challenging year was also paramount, understanding that “to come out on the other side together is a massive achievement itself and worth celebrating.”
