On this past weekend’s edition of NJBIA’s “Minding Your Business,” Mike Jurusz, executive chef and owner of Chef Mike’s Atlantic Bar & Grill in South Seaside Park, talks with host Bob Considine about needing to raise his restaurant’s game for the summer of 2021.

Jurusz, a Jersey Shore favorite who has been at the restaurant for more than 20 years, also discussed how he is confronting workforce challenges and the origin of what he calls “sexy food.”
