To bring more visibility to our members and the business issues surrounding them, NJBIA produces “Minding Your Business,” a weekly television show that airs weekends on News 12+. The show, a winner of seven Telly Awards in the last three years, including a gold 2024 Telly in the Interview & Talk Show category, is hosted by Bob Considine and highlights different member businesses each week. It can be seen on Saturdays at 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

On this episode of “NJBIA’s Minding Your Business,” New Jersey Council of County Colleges CEO Aaron Fichtner, NJMEP CEO Peter Connolly and NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka joined Bob Considine to discuss the Manufacturing Skills Initiative.
The initiative is a comprehensive effort leveraging all three organizations to increase workforce development in the state and providing educational training and career opportunities for New Jersey residents.
Also on this edition, an expert panel from NJBIA’s Insights & Outlooks event discussed how companies can best use Artificial Intelligence for marketing and customer engagement.
Panelists included Gary Mann of Jasfel Analytics, Israel Tannenbaum from Withum, Douglas Vargo from CGI and Erin Klebaur from Imbue Creative.
