Join the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council for this month’s meeting with Toni Tomlin, Branch Manager, AHF-120, Strategic Workforce Planning, Office of Human Resources Federal Aviation Administration as she will give us a brief discussion on identifying the biases, steps to mitigate them and the actions we should take now to eradicate them in the future.
We are in the midst of the fourth industrial revolution where disruptive technologies and trends such as the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI) are changing the way we live and work. Development and programming of these technologies are well underway and if we are not proactive, racial, gender, and other biases will continue to shape our future.
