Toby Bose is the CEO of BoseFCB LLC (Accounting/Bookkeeping/Fractional CFO services) and the Owner of NexComData LLC (EDI VAN services). He is also a partner in 5Aces Holdings which is involved in various real estate acquisitions within the residential multi-unit space.
Prior to his journey as an entrepreneur, he was an operations management specialist, involved in sales strategy and store operations for various organizations such as Oreck Vacuums, FedEx Office, UPS Stores, Quiznos, Dunkin Donuts, etc.
His passion for continuous growth, networking and learning, stems from his innate belief that small businesses, with the right people and processes, can prosper. And, in the wake of their success, they lift families and communities globally.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers Business School and an MBA in Finance from NYU.
Toby lives and works in Andover, NJ with his wife, Marylia Bose, and their kids (Aaryan, Augustine, Azalea, Amayra and Aurora). He loves being a father and wants to inspire his “5Aces” to follow their own dreams, welcome failure and lean into humility.
Casey Moes is a Senior Client Executive for CWT, a global corporate travel management company, where she handles the strategic program management of travel for several global clients. She spent over 20 years on active duty in the United States Army in a variety of leadership and support roles as a military police and force protection officer. Casey served in various law enforcement, protection, or emergency management capacities overseas in Italy, Korea, throughout Africa, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan. Casey was privileged to lead Soldiers in combat and stateside through a law enforcement capacity. She was also fortunate to develop cadets at the United States Military Academy as the special assistant to the Commandant for Respect where she mentored cadets in areas of equal opportunity and prevention of sexual harassment.
She holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Arts degree in Security Management from Webster University.
Casey lives and works in Andover, NJ, is married to Ms. Laurie Morano, and takes pride in her toughest assignment as the mom to twin boys, Levon and Judah.
