Carin Hep
Assistant Vice President, Small Group and Individual Broker Channel Sales, Delta Dental of New Jersey
Carin joined Delta Dental in October 2016 as Small Group Market Director. Today, Carin serves as Delta Dental’s Small Group and Individual Programs Sales Director.
Carin brings over 20 years of experience as a sales professional with key skillsets, including strategic account and personnel management, dynamic communication skills to establish and maintain key client relationships, and leading highly effective teams that deliver outstanding results with expertise and professionalism.
At Delta Dental, Carin is responsible for the small business program in the New Jersey and Connecticut markets, as well as individual sales. Carin also served as the lead when Delta Dental launched its small business programs in both states’ markets. She develops and cultivates new and existing broker, consultant and general agent relationships to facilitate sales and retention for groups with 2-50 employees. Carin serves as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and Marketing for small group segment strategies, business development, and management.
Carin received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Stockton University. She currently serves as VP and President-Elect for the National Association of Health Underwriters.
