Senior Associate Daniel A. Lebersfeld, Esq., brings a wealth of experience to Genova Burns, specializing in diverse areas of litigation, including commercial litigation, insurance litigation, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters.
With a track record of successfully representing a broad spectrum of clients, from Fortune 500 corporations to small family businesses, Lebersfeld is recognized for his strategic approach and numerous achievements in securing favorable outcomes for his clients.
One of Lebersfeld’s notable achievements includes the successful defense of a CFO of a publicly traded company against a breach of guaranty claim, simultaneously prevailing on counterclaims for breach of employment agreement and indemnification on appeal (Drone USA, Inc. v. Antonelos, 208 A.D.3d 1062). His expertise also extends to securing dismissals in high-stakes cases, such as Salesmark Ventures, LLC v. Singh, involving personal liability claims against a CEO in the Commercial Division of the New York County Supreme Court.
Brandon B. Rosen, Esq., an accomplished attorney with a specialization in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and general liability matters, joins Genova Burns LLC with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Known for his strategic and aggressive litigation approach, Rosen has represented clients ranging from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Genova Burns, Rosen honed his litigation skills at a New York-based law firm, representing clients in a wide range of general liability cases, from construction to products liability matters. Rosen has practiced extensively in both New York and New Jersey courts.
Rosen’s dedication to the legal profession is also evident through his past roles with highly respected judges, including a judicial externship for the Hon. Devin P. Cohen in New York City Civil Court and a post-graduate internship for the Hon. Douglas E. Alpert in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
