Experts from GoMo Health and the Center for BrainHealth will host “The Maternal Mind Gym,” an interactive Feb 16 webinar about their evidence-based digital therapeutic that gives the brain a workout to improve physical and emotional health in new and expectant mothers.

GoMo Health, based in Asbury Park, is an NJBIA member and leader in population health and patient engagement solutions that are deployed by companies across the healthcare and life science continuum, including providers, plans, and employers. Solutions are highly scalable and cost-effective to enable healthy decision-making and improved outcomes.

The Center for BrainHealth at the University of Texas at Dallas is a nonprofit research institute dedicated to advancing the science of brain health. The center’s research focuses on how the brain best learns, reasons and innovates; actionable ways to protect it from decline; and proactive protocols to repair and regenerate brain systems.

The upcoming webinar, “The Maternal Mind Gym: Evidence-Based Digital Therapeutic Gives the Brain a Workout,” will be held 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, Feb. 16. GoMo Health and Center for BrainHealth scientists and team members will discuss the center’s research-backed strategies and how to optimize awareness, action and changes in behavior so that mothers can be the best for themselves and their children.
