Henderson Promos is now a certified U.S. Women-Owned Small Business and a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, the company recently announced.
Kristina Henderson, who took over as operations manager in 2017 of what was then called Thrive Promos, said the designation will allow it to help businesses meet diversity purchase programs goals and improve overall company diversity practices.
“As many of our private sector clients seek to diversify their vendor programs, we are proud to offer our services as a certified WBENC business and partner,” the company said in an email.
“For our governmental clients and clients who directly contract or subcontract for the government, Henderson Promos now qualifies as a U.S. WOSB company as well, which fulfills a critical need in governmental spending set-asides,” the company stated.
