Gov. Phil Murphy’s decision to open indoor dining in New Jersey came just two days before a scheduled rally aimed at saving New Jersey’s restaurant industry and the food and beverage workers whose jobs were at stake.
The Press of Atlantic City introduced us to the organizer of that rally, Jessica Weyler, a casino bartender from Linwood who put together a Facebook page called “NJ Food and Beverage Workers,” started the social media hashtag “#dont86ourindustry.”
