NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka tolds WCBS Newsradio that New Jersey’s reopening process is moving too slowly.
“I get a call every day for businesses that cannot hold on any more,” she told correspondent Stephen Burns on Friday.
The story notes that retail establishments can open on a limited basis starting Monday, but it’s not enough.
As far as I am concerned I am ignoring Gov. Murphy’s future proclamations of how to reopen my business. If he can violate his own executive order of being in a large gathering, of being 6 feet apart and wearing masks-his marching in the demonstrations in Westfield and Hillside-orders he demands the rest of us follow-I will no longer follow these either. Good for Ashbury Park and I hope they win the stupid lawsuit. My business is OPEN!!!!
