NJBIA Vice President of Government Affairs Ray Cantor will serve as a panelist on March 9 hosted by the Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE).
The discussion, entitled “Aligning Regulatory Climate Change Risk with Development Decision Making” takes place as the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is about to formally propose climate change rules that could have significant economic impacts to the state. Cantor has said those rules are being based on incomplete science.
